Anirudh is an honest soul. Pankaj Rokadiya & Associates is a professional services & construction consulting/advisory services firm which has pretty good systems in place. Kudos! :)

I highly recommend this architecture firm for their outstanding work on our family's dream farmhouse project. From the initial layout and plans for our G+1 farmhouse to the final touches, their attention to detail was impeccable. Key highlights: Expertly incorporated Vastu principles into the design Provided comprehensive architectural drawings, including electrical and plumbing plans. Remained accessible throughout the construction process, promptly addressing our questions and concerns. Conducted a site visit to inspect progress and offer valuable advice. Offered guidance on interior design and painting. Though they weren't involved in the actual construction, their support was invaluable. The firm's commitment to our project, even after the design phase, truly set them apart. Their expertise and dedication helped turn our dream farmhouse into reality. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and client-focused architecture firm, look no further!

From the very first meeting, our architect and engineer’s friendly demeanor made it easy to discuss our vision. Exceptional listener, taking the time to understand our family's needs and preferences. Incredibly adaptable throughout the process, adjusting designs based on our feedback while also providing innovative ideas. What truly impressed me was our architect’s commitment to the selection process.Made regular visits to help us choose everything for our home, including tapestries and other key elements. If you're looking for an architect who is deeply invested in your vision and willing to walk you through every step, I highly recommend Mansi.
