Worst service ever the don't even pick up calls after u take their subscription I have lost half of my capital in just 3 trades. I had placed proper stoploss then too all the time stoploss get hit

After payment got not any advice call I will report sebi capital via is a most froud company in the india I am a new costumer I did payment 11 july 2021 for a advisory service but I got not any be service till date when I am calling to company he not giving response I am fully avidance I will complaint sebi Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Worst service . First they take the monthly charges . Then never call or text . Rude financial advisor. You need to check the financial advisor attitude they are often acting as they own the company and treat us as employees.

Very bad experience with capita via they are promising so much when you pay for fees after paying fees of my subscription was avrege first three month and than they are asking for ad on sarvice I have not agree with them and then last two month they are not responding any wher I was calling 2 or three time a day and they attend only one call and befor sarvice they giving all update of my position but in last two months they are not providing any good call and any updates on open position very bad experience I suggest evry one don't trap in word Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
