End of June 2020 Below are my observations where traditionally no doubt this company may seems big but the advisors they engaged may not at par to the professional industry standard in giving trade advices as shown by quite a fair bit of dissatisfied customers giving a rating of 1 instead of 5. Likely it could fall back into a couple of areas such as inconsistency of timely entry to trade may lead to customers having to buy stocks at next resistance level resulting to cut huge losses and not updating daily technical analysis where the disclaimer clause shall set in. In the early stage, the first few trades were very impressive but as it goes along GOD knows what will and had happened, the trades have almost gone to the dogs. Bad taste amongst each other fingers pointing shall sour the relationship as the advisor is unable to justify the untimely entry at resistance level when technical charts are not analyse properly for each trade where buying activity should take place at support entry level, truly sad with big disappointment or the advisor is killing the customer trades with ill intentions. Sincerely hope that the Company should address the feedback positively in order to avoid any pitfalls. 2nd review - mid of July 2020 INDIA Coronavirus Cases: 1,077,864 as at 18 July 2020 The increased in Coronavirus that spread within India having 37,407 new cases and 543 new deaths in India have caused some panic and fear within the workers. Unless there is a total lockdown where employees are allowed to report for duty in the office of CapitalVia Global Research Ltd they should continue to support clients on their trades rather than continously erode the confidence level in the financial markets and to stop giving excuses. Believe the team have in some way lost focus mentally, emotionally and physically giving bad entry timing and poor judgement for stocks or commodities resulting into clients losing monies in the financial market. Definitely the rule of thumb the disclaimer clause shall trigger in: whatsoever, howsoever and whosoever conditions stated within. A big slap in your face as you allowed them to freely tell you when to buy and sell stocks without any technical chart analysis for consideration. Remember cash is king, better be safe rather than be sorry. 3rd & final review - 31July 2020 Just a word of caution, take extra heed before you decide to utilise this company financial services failing which you may regret it for their unprofessionalism. Don't buy any services from capital via. 22 call wrong out of 25. Randomly call given. not any research I also attached screen shot of my loss. Totally waste of money. I seen worst ever customer care services.
