I recently tried Neelesh Tiffin Service in Vijay Nagar, Indore, and it genuinely felt like a meal from home. The food was fresh, wholesome, and prepared with the kind of care that reminds you of home-cooked meals. What impressed me even more was the quality of the packaging; clean, secure, and thoughtfully done. If you try the trial tiffins, the taste is good and the rice quality is also nice. However, once you pay for the regular meal service, everything changes—the taste becomes pathetic and the overall quality is disappointing. The delivery person’s behaviour is also rude and unprofessional. I paid ₹2,000 as a security deposit, which included an additional ₹200 for salad. I only received six lunch boxes from him. One day, due to an emergency, I was not at my residence and could not return the empty tiffin on time. He got annoyed and told me that we should end the service. He said he would return my security deposit once I gave the tiffin back. I have been trying to contact him since then, but he has stopped answering my calls. It is extremely disappointing that after taking a ₹2,000 security deposit, he is now not responding when I am simply trying to return the tiffin and get my money back.
