There’s no point in calling to book an appointment in advance, as they don’t adhere to the schedule and treat everything as urgent. I arrived at the clinic at 12:25 PM for my 12:30 PM appointment, only to wait 1.5 hours for my turn.

Doctor is really good but people at reception are too bad. I took appointment a day before and still had to wait for an hour to meet doctor. Receptionist has no sense of sequence and inline patient waiting for hours. Reminds me of Bookmyshow Coldplay 😂 …

Staff isn’t the most cordial. Coming to the doctor, he listens to you and your concerns patiently and explains the problem. Went through the treatment, did everything as was suggested to the T for 5-6 months. Found results but after a couple of months I was back to square one. The treatment was overtly expensive and didn’t yield any meaningful results over the longer term. I suggest you be cautious, maybe the approach is wrong. As medicines prescribed by the doctor are the ones they keep with them which is fair but they do not give any discount. If you take the prescription to dawa baazaar you will get the exact same medicines at a very discounted prices. Same is the review of one other friend who consulted with Dr. Nagar

I took treatment from Dr. Rahul Nagar and it was the worst. Compared to before, I have more acne and scars as well. I completely followed his prescription still, I spent money but got no results. It was the worst experience.

Not at all satisfied after the acne treatment. Took several procuedures, medication for 6months as advised but nothing worked. Waste of money!

First things first, The staff they have hired is pathetic and too rude. Bruh we are paying you. Reply respectfully. No value of time. Make sure you reach one hour late then the appointment time if you don’t want to waste your time on sofa. Regarding the treatment. It’s a business. They’ll keep pitching you different treatments and you’ll be stuck in a loop.

I am experiencing acne problem since from 7-8 years. Never got smooth and acne free face . Always trying good diets and doctors some doctor treatment worked but only the period of time I was having medicine. With disturbed mind I came at this hospital i shared my experience with doctor. But when my 40 days medications ended i starte getting sevear acne. I was devastated. Cried a lot also felt depressed because on my face scares take more time to fade out . Still going through this abruptly achne are coming on my face because I stopped medication. I think the medication barely worked because even when I was taking them i was getting acne . Doctor should understand every one is not rich to dissolve their hard earned money on their trials. My skin condition got worse after coming toh this clinic. I feel fear visiting doctor.
