Very Disappointed with the Service I am extremely disappointed with the doctor and staff service. The staff appear unskilled and unprofessional. The doctor makes false commitments before starting the treatment, but after receiving full payment, there is no proper response or follow-up. The main focus seems to be on collecting money from patients rather than providing genuine treatment. Even after 6 months of sessions, there was not even 1% improvement. It was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this clinic. In Indore, there are many experienced and skilled doctors available. Please research carefully before choosing this place.

I’ve had mixed but ultimately disappointing experiences here. I first saw Dr. Archana Mohana for a cyst. There was a major error in my USG report where they recorded the size in cm instead of mm. This caused significant unnecessary panic. While the subsequent treatment was fine, the administrative staff was very casual about this blunder and lacked professionalism. More recently, I consulted Dr. Deepak Mohana for acne. I felt pressured to sign up for a 12-session SLA treatment costing ₹1,500 per session. When I declined, the doctor’s attitude changed completely. He wrote a prescription while claiming "it won't work" and failed to explain the dosage. As a doctor, you should provide care and confidence, not break a patient down or focus solely on upselling expensive procedures. Extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy and the "money-first" approach.

I went there for mole removal on my face. After the wound started healing, I noticed that the mole was still there. I contacted them, and they asked me to pay again for a check-up and said the procedure would be done again. I visited the clinic and paid the fee, but then they asked me to purchase creams worth ₹800 from their own store. Even after all this, my mole still exists. Now I am planning to visit another dermatologist. This entire process has cost me around ₹5,000, but I did not get the expected results. I am very disappointed with there services n treatment.
