During my first visit, the counselor I met was very polite, understanding However, my experience today was quite disappointing. The counselor, Sneha, was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t seem interested in listening to my problems and made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. Instead of guiding me properly, her behavior felt discouraging . On a positive note, the staff who handled my treatment were very kind. Their behavior was much better and they made the overall experience slightly better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the counseling experience, as it plays a very important role in customer satisfaction.

My experience with the Laser treatment is very good. I hv started seeing results in 3 or 4 sittings and the staff is very polite and cooperative.

I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of a staff member, Sanju, at the Janjeerwala Square, Indore branch. Her attitude towards customers is consistently disrespectful. She says “no” to everything without even listening, speaks very rudely on calls, and has even disconnected the call in the middle of conversations multiple times. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer-facing role. Such behaviour creates a very negative experience and reflects poorly on the organisation. I strongly request the management to take strict action—whether it’s proper training, shifting her to another branch, or removing her from client interaction if her behaviour does not improve.

They explain the entire process clearly. The clinic is clean and equipped with advanced technology. Prices are also much more affordable compared to other well-known clinics. Highly recommended for laser hair reduction.

I visited Skinport at Janjeerwala Square for a lazer treatment The clinic staff was polite, helpful, and professional, and I appreciate their behavior. However, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. She came across as rude and spent a lot of time asking questions that seemed unrelated to my laser treatment. This was not my first laser session I have previously taken treatments at Skinport as well as other clinics, and I have never been asked these kinds of quelaserstions during follow-up visits. If this information was genuinely required, it should have been collected during my very first consultation instead of repeating unnecessary questions and taking up so much time. The staff made the experience pleasant, but my interaction with the doctor did not meet the level of professionalism I expected. I hope the clinic improves this aspect because the rest of the service was good.
