Worst service. They'll change their bus time after you book. Reached 3 hours late. Nobody listens

Bus and bed were not clean. There were also mosquitoes inside the bus. Staff behavior was very bed. I won't choose this travel again in future.

सबसे घटिया सेवा देने वाली बस है, जिसके समय की कीमत है ऐसे लोग इस बस में सफर ना करें सुबह 9:35 रतलाम पहुंचाने वाली बस दोपहर 2 बजे रतलाम पहुंचाती है। यात्री परेशान हो जाता सुनने वाला कोई भी नहीं है। सवारी बस को *अशोक ट्रेवल्स ग्रुप ऑफ मंदसौर* ने पार्सल गाड़ी बना दिया है जगह जगह पार्सल उतारती है और चढ़ाती है। एक शहर में कम-से-कम एक घंटा समय बर्बाद करती है। मैंने जयपुर से रतलाम की टिकट करी समय बचाने के लिए पर आज तक का सबसे खराब सफर का अनुभव हुआ‌।

Very bad experience I faced even after calling so many time and informing about ticket cancellation no person on phone call do positive response and they cut the phone everytime.
