Update: Don’t book bus from Sarkar upkar, they will cancel the advance booking if they get any party booking. Worst services. You can never rely on them. As per discussion with them, they can cancel the booking prior 4 hrs without any farji reason. If there is negative rating ( say negative infinity ) then I would love to give them negative rating . This is regarding bus from Indore to Bhilwara via Singoli. 1. Worst service . 2. They have monopoly in my area so they will charge whatever they want and won’t deliver to my location even though bus will pass through my town 3. Very rude behaviour by uncle sitting in office (Indore ) . 4. I booked luggage from this group and 20 to 30% of items were broken due to mishandling of luggage. They will throw packages from bus to road directly . 5. I have travelled in their bus many time, Poor service, They will stop bus anytime anywhere to pick customers ( that’s good but why are you wasting time of others and to ensure timely arrival they will drive very fast so bad things may happen ) They will put luggage everywhere in bus sometimes even you can’t put your own luggage. Ultimately these guys doesn’t care about anything until there won’t be any competitors in market . They don’t understand customer value.

Worst condition of bus I am traveling with my wife and 1 year old baby in double sleeper and upper sleeper broken. From Passenger safety point of view it's not good at all! No curtain in cabin!!! Driver behaviour is also very rude...

If you want ur journey happy and comfertable please don't choose this bus it's services pathetic and delay 😞 …

Journey by this bus on 29/4/25 from ujjan to ajmer but bus was late by 2 hour at ujjan and depart 10:16 from ujjan and also 3hour late to reach ajmer, Behaviour of Driver is not well and also employed a child labour for collecting kiraya, due to getting road side passenger he made the bus more late, not ready to lisiten the passenger about any quarry,

Na koi facility h bus me na kahi washroom k liye sahi jgh rokte hai na time par pahunchate hai 2 ghante late kiya na sahi jagh utara hai paise bigadne h is bus me 900 rupay waste huye hai please koi bhi travel mat kijiye iss bus se bahut ghatiya hai

Never ever try to travel on this bus, very rude behaviour of staff, they will never tell you the time of the bus, when you ask for the same they will tell ye ghaadi hei bhai ghoda nahi, They will never tell the route of the bus, when I boarded from Ahmedabad to indore they told me it'll reach at 5 'o clock but it reached at 7.35, And the travel agent at Ahmedabad also cheated he told me that the bus will go via Pithampur, but it go via ujjain, Very bad experience, not supportive staff.( Only one helper guy and a night driver was good) Overall experience was very bad Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

❌🚫 ZERO out of five stars. Highly disappointed with this travel company. I booked this company's Bus for my travel from indore to Mandsaur. Bus was scheduled at 6:45 PM but arrived at 8:05 PM (1 hour 15 minutes delay). Bus was unclean and unhygienic: dusty seats, dirty lobby, and poor maintenance. Water leakage from the window at my seat. When I requested assistance and a seat change, the attendant responded rudely and even used abusive language. The bus lobby was filled with cargo items, which is not safe for passengers as there is no space for my luggages. Multiple unnecessary stoppages made the journey frustrating and exhausting. Such unprofessional and intolerable service shows complete disregard for passengers’ comfort and safety. Definitely not recommended. ❌❌❌

Maine Sarkar Upkar Travel me sleeper seat book ki thi. Booking process theek tha, lekin sleeper compartment ki safai bilkul satisfactory nahi thi. Seat par kaafi dhool lagi hui thi. Travel comfortable ho sakta tha agar basic cleanliness maintain hoti. Request hai ki future me sleeper coaches ki safai par dhyan diya jaye, taaki passengers ko better experience mile.

Bus staff behaviour bahut kharab hai, ladies se baat karne ka tarika bhi bahut kharab hai yah Iske staff gandi Niyat Rakhta hai ismein kabhi bhi Safar mat karna Saman loading Karte time Jaipur mein 1 se 2 Ghanta vate Karvate Hain Meri wife Khatu Shyam Ji Se Indore ke liye bus booking Jiske staff Ne unke Sath galat behaviour kiya Jiski complaint Humne Khatu Shyam Ji Thane Mein Bhi ki aur Indore mein bhi ki bus ki photo picture bhi Dal rahe hain

Terrible from the very start. Bus was about to leave at 9pm, left at 9:25. Stopped at several places to onboard random people. Tyre got exploded in the middle of nowhere. Extra tyre was in bad condition. Too risky. And was about to drop me at 6am . Had a connecting train at 6:50. I missed it bcz i was dropped at 7:40am. Also bus condition was poor and seats were filthy and in dirt
