Patel Car Decor

Recently I visited to Patel car decor and my experience is not good, I was struggling to get an attender, somehow I found one executive to get information about accessories but response was very poor, unfortunately I have returned back without installation of any accessories, Although I preferred Patel car decor with some references. please improve customer handling🙏

They have very high price i went for dashcam they show me qubo dashcam with gps at 5500 and online same was available at 4200. When i show them online price they are not ready to provide me on rate rudly they said humarhe pass toh itne ka hi hai.

My car was completed by another car decor bcz their service was not up to the mark I search for another one and went ahead for Patel Car Decor... It was a great decision they did a fantastic job will be referring them for upcoming work. Thank you for the great work.

Pathetic service… The owner on the main counter is very arrogant. Doesn’t even know how to attend the customer. Very rude and arrogant guy. Bhai customer hai to tum ho, agr customer ko properly attend nahi karoge to seat kiski banaoge… Customer aya hai to value Karo, Kuch purchase Kare ya naa Kare, properly baat to Karo… I visited your shop as it seems to be nice shop… but now if it’s a last shop in the world then also I will never visit… POOR DUDE👎🏻 Apka kaam yahi se samjh ata hai, 1 saal ke baad to review padh rahe ho aur usme bhi akad khatam nahi hoo rahi.. Seat cover hi chadhate ho heere nahi bech rahe... Work upon your attitude... And always respect your customer... Tumne meri pocket me parchi kese dekh li ??? Seat cover ke saath Jadugari bhi kerte ho ??? Tumhara kisi ne positive reference diya tha isiliye office ke baad late evening tumhari dukaan visit ki thi.. But I am very happy in NOT USING YOUR SERVICES !!! Once again... After One year "PATHETIC SERVICE.. PATHETIC ATTITUDE"
