Best hospital in the heart patient

I am writing it after my fifth visit every time I write in the form but no improvement is seen infact every time the situation goes worst and worst. I am compelled to write it on this platform now. Staff is very rude and illiterate. The way of talking is unbearable. Money driven mentality security staff are goon. The make you fill the complan and suggetion form but neve go through it. Really disappointed such big name and such a warst facilities. If any management offical looking my post please do some reality check. Hospital is place where no body want to go it's not a place to enjoy or for having fun. If someone visit then it must be some problem and pain which make tham to visit this place. Feel their pain and try to understand their situation and maintal status. I hope what I go through nobody else go through with the same. It feels like (they are sudkhor Mahajan) after madi claim policy though the still wants money from you.

Infrastructure is outstanding, service is good, staff is efficient and easy to access

Why No one is talking about the pathetic lift system. They have blocked the access to stairs and the person has to go up and down through lifts only. The lifts take’s literally 10 minutes to come to a floor and some lifts does not stops at the floors. Everyone is so annoyed at the staff but nothing changes. Worst system.
