Superior quality stuff available here. During summers they offer Kulfi and during winters they have Gajak. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained along with great taste. A must try for people visiting Indore and families with sweet cravings.

Worst gajak. Fooling people. Also not available, whenever i have visited store they give attitude and ego and ignore customer and reply khatam ho gayi. Zyada bik rahi ho toh zayada banao pr nahi din me 12-1 pr dukan kholo 1 ghante me bech ke bolo khatam ho gyi. How foolish. Hater +1

One of the iconic shops in Indore for Kulfi (during summers) and Gajak (during winters). Taste is quite good but big issue on hygiene. Recently visited the outlet and found not oke by 2 dead flies... One in their rasmalai box (used to make falooda kulfi dish) and other in icecream box (again the one used to make falooda kulfi dish). Worse, they employees didn't even see and both flies were observed and highlighted by us. Further rather than trying to act upon it, they blamed that weather has gone cold and so flies have come. Such casual behaviour is unacceptable. Yes, the shop is very popular and has high footfall but they can't be careless on hygiene. I observed they don't even have insectecutors in place. Extremely Rude staff & Manager My mother used to buy Gajak from Sheetal regularly !! My mother is 70 years old and goes to the shop asking for specific dry fruit gajak and the staff spoke very arrogantly saying they don’t have in stock so my mother told to the shop manager in disappointment - every time we come you are out of stock , On this the shop Manager tells my Mother if you know every time you don’t get the gajak then why do you come to the store , Next time do not come It’s very disappointing to see this sort of attitude and behaviour from Sheetal Manager I was shocked listening to the conversation I normally do not post many negative reviews online but seeing this disrespectful attitude it was totally not acceptable SHAME ON YOU SHEETAL GAJAK !! We are regularly buys Gajak from here. Realized today that Bill was not given. Called to shop and they says that send us details of purchase and we will make bill. Believe that this shop is charging GST in MRP. How will they pay GST if bill is not made.
