⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Lifesavers for Bike Casing & Thread Repairs! All Thanks to owner Muzaffar Bhai. I visited Sanjari Welding Works to fix a hairline crack on my Suzuki Gixxer SF’s aluminum engine casing right next to the oil drain bolt. I was incredibly anxious as it's a structural job on a bike I've owned since day one, but Muzaffar Bhai and his team are true masters of Aluminum Argon (TIG) Welding. They did the entire job flawlessly right on the vehicle by safely tilting the bike, without any need to remove the engine from the chassis. The surface leveling work after the weld was highly precise, and the leak has stopped completely! ⚠️ Essential Advice for Other Riders visiting them: 1. Buy a new Clutch Cover Packing/Gasket beforehand: Aluminum conducts heat incredibly fast. Because of the intense heat generated during the aluminum welding process, the old clutch cover packing will get burnt or baked. Do yourself a favor and bring a brand-new factory packing and liquid engine sealant along so you can replace it immediately and prevent a secondary side leak. 2. No need to worry about Fairings & Clutch Cover Packing Change : If you own a sports bike with a fairing, there is a very helpful local mechanic shop situated right nearby. They can quickly remove your side fairing panels to give the welder clean access, and they are fully equipped to install your new clutch cover packing and reassemble the panels perfectly once the welding is done.Highly recommended for honest, expert, and permanent structural repairs in Indore instead of expensive showroom engine casing replacements!
