However, I am sorry, ma’am, as I have already discussed with you, the behavior of the receptionist at the clinic is not good. When a patient arrives, they are already in need, and the receptionist’s harsh behavior and approach make people uncomfortable, which degrades the overall experience. Despite this, as onboard parents, we are very satisfied with ma’am.
