Now this has become majorly for birthday parties and events. There is no focus on the regular customers. most of the food was stale and cold. And they have increased the prices almost 2 folds from my last visit....so for anybody going from now on..it's simply not worth it ... Very disappointing experience. They offer a lot of food in bulk, but the taste is really poor—nothing felt flavorful. only service is good. Definitely not worth it. Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommendation for vegetarians Would not recommend

Food quality was bad. Employees seem uninterested to work here. They are unresponsive to any question about food. Visited with family and had a bad experience. Not at all worth the price. Location is also awkward. Their entry itself seems confusing. Food was not at all good. Some food was cold. Many of the items like pasta, paneer, pizza, etc tasted less than average. Momos was worst. There were tiny flies all around. When asked for dessert ice cream they say “it is given only when you leave so that you take only one”. What nonsense!! It is supposed to be unlimited buffet!! Not worth the time and price. Avoid this place. When i wanted to bring it to the notice of the manager, he immediately left his seat and sent some employee who was off-duty to face me. He came and said he was helpless as he had no control over how food is cooked. In the meanwhile the manager was observing from a distance. Location: Hey deli pizza.. Gemini mall. I visited Heydeli Pizza recently, and the food quality was very bad. There was no taste in any of the items, especially the pizza, which tasted completely different and unpleasant. Most people were leaving their food unfinished and throwing it away. It was totally a waste of money. I would not recommend visiting this place. Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Noise level Moderate noise Group size 5-8 people Parking space Difficult to find parking

The food was not upto expectation and the pasta's were very only filled with sauce and no taste and it was expensive for the bad taste but when we saw the menu on google it was huge but in real there where hardly 13 items the only thing with a lttile bit of taste was crispy corn the service was also bad because they were serving people who paid more, not reccomended shouldn't go Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Noise level Loud, but you can still talk

tldr; If you are looking for a family place to enjoy your meal you got it right here. Review. A very good place. We went for a lunch and the interior of the place seemed pretty. The seating area is also quite big and doesn't feel any conjusted. The food quality is above average the dessert and pastry is good enough. I would say worth it for the price. Make sure to like the review if you found it helpful. Order type Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I have visited this place for the lunch, the service was not at all good. The food also very cold. The atmosphere was not good, old songs and the AC was also not on for long time. There were flies on the table. And cleanliness was also compromised. Hey, I went to Heydeli pizza on 1st January 2023. And it was extremely crowded. You can't reserve seats prior and I had to stand for 30 mins because of over crowdedness. They say that they offer 131 varieties but in reality only 40-50 varieties are available. The noodles seem stay, garlic bread, paneer delicacies werent available. Naan, lachha Paratha was also unavailable. Both paneer tikka and chilli paneer were extremely stiff. Ice cream was of local quality yet pizzas were extremely good making it value for 380 rupees which you pay. The ambience was quite good and parking was not too filled. Just because it was a Sunday as well as a new year, the waiting time triggered me however pizzas made my day. DONT GO HERE FOR MAIN COURSE OR DESSERTS.
