Very bad experience. Tasteless food with very very poor service. Had order a Tandoori roti but not made available even after 20 min and at the end left without getting it. It's not worth even 40rs. Per head for Zero service Updated to the owner who may take an action to improve but seems difficult. Yes there is variety in food. But they chose quantity over quality. You won't want to try anything more than once. Their service is very slow. Pizza which is in their name was very late to arrive. Chilli flakes oregano shakers were greasy to touch, like they hadn't been cleaned properly. Wasn't any water in the basins. All in all, the vibe was dead, on a Sunday afternoon. This place was great when it opened but not so anymore. Disappointing experience from the start. As soon as we entered around 12:30 pm, there was a suffocating stench followed by loud music which was quite annoying.. The AC didn't work well too... The staff were polite but clueless.. They did reduce the music volume on request.. However, the owner himself turned up the volume showing no care.. When we requested again to turn down the volume as my wife had a migraine, the staff insisted we go and sit somewhere else.. this while we were eating.. The most disappointing part was the owner who knew what was happening but didn't care a bit.. as if he doesn't want customers to come. One the best place in indore for food lover specially buffet lovers. Everything is unlimited here at 450₹ per person. The management is good and very well maintained place. Pathetic crowd can't even hear what the other person is saying- too much which remained unmanaged by the staff, food quality degraded-very oily and wierd tasting food and no one serviced us until we actually had to take up on a fight. Me and my friends planned our program for one of our friend's birthday party there. Food is fine, but has worsened as it was when it opened. After you spend your first 1.5 hours eating, then, they'll start roaming around you, just whenever you'll have a break, they'll jump on you and will try to snap your plates from you. Which is an indirect indication of informing you that time's over. The foods seemed old, hard, cold, and many of them were not even prepared that day. Really, it has worsened very much compared to the year when it was opened. If you're a stingy person who wants to take advantage of the ₹360 rupees, then it is kinda a difficult place for that, it's possible to take advantage of the full service but they'll try to not let do it. In the end, I'd say, if things go on like this, then the prices must be reduced.
