I went to Heydeli Pizza thinking I’d get a decent buffet with hot, fresh pizza, like places like Octant Pizza or D Pizza. What a scam! The buffet was gross old, stale food sitting out all day, and they didn’t bother refilling or replacing anything. I came for the pizza, which they say is served hot to your table. Total lie! The first slice was cold, with burnt cheese, like it was just reheated junk.I asked for another slice, saying make it hot and softer. After waiting 10 minutes, I got the same cold, awful pizza. It’s clear Heydeli Pizza just uses “pizza” to trick people into coming, then pushes their cheap Indian thali to avoid serving more pizza. I told a lady in a suit (maybe the manager) at the exit, but she was too busy on her phone and didn’t care at all. No sorry, no shame—just a “that’s how we do it” vibe.This place is a complete joke. I attended a birthday party here. Arrangements were good, staff was supportive. Food options were good and tasty. Could improve on serving multiple parties in one go by decentralising the party buffet and segregation of regular guests on different floors or noncommune partitions.
