One of the worst brodband service. Everytime they used to say sir technical work is going on, in some time it will resolved. Since morning I m waiting for the resolution till now I didn't receive. Fed Up with their services.

Worst technical team . 2 engineers visited and said that we cant fix it, another team will come and solve this issue and now they are not picking up the call . And the issue is the fat box is.having high power for the past 1 month and they are not even able to fix that. Location sch no 78 behind ashadeep hospital . I have been using this wifi for 4 years The worst wifi service.No proper information provided . Customer care Don't know anything about the issue ,useless customer support team

Airtel customer service has thousands of loopholes. people sitting there have no idea how the system works. All executives say different things for the same problem. Nobody understands the issue and talks very harsh and rude. Even after complaining more than 10 times, nobody is having any answer to why my internet is not working. I am having a plan of 999 and can't consume 10% of the services offered. more than 60% of the time, the internet is down. A lot engineers visited and couldn't figure out what the issue is. Airtel thanks app is another mess. People having multiple connections are facing so many issue within the app, but who cares. Service of Indore belt is really downgraded and worst of all. I have no options left but to file a complaint at the consumer forum.

Worst provider. All fake reviews. Had my net turned off since morning without an prior intimation. No response from customer care but a lame excuse of technical difficulties. Soon be switching to Jio.

Very poor service from Airtel. We took a new connection just 4 days ago, and the WiFi has already stopped working for more than 24 hours. Even after repeated complaints, no resolution has been provided. Extremely disappointed with the service — choosing Airtel seems to have been the wrong decision.

Don't even think to take there internet services as they always of outage of 5-6 hours daily in the peak time .

I am extremely disappointed with my Airtel Wi-Fi service. My broadband connection has not been working for the last 5 days, and despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. As a customer, I expect reliable internet service, especially when I am paying regularly for the connection. The prolonged outage has affected my work, studies, online meetings, and daily activities. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and timely support from the customer service team. Every time I contact support, I receive assurances that the issue will be fixed soon, but no effective action has been taken. A 5-day service disruption is completely unacceptable for a leading telecom company. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase support teams for updates while continuing to suffer from service interruptions. The technical support response has been slow, and the overall customer experience has been very poor. I chose Airtel because of its reputation for quality service, but this experience has been highly disappointing. I hope Airtel takes customer complaints seriously, improves its support system, and resolves issues promptly in the future. Until my connection is restored and proper compensation is provided for the downtime, I cannot recommend Airtel Wi-Fi to others based on my current experience.
