He addressed all the doubts and problems I was having with eye heaviness and dryness. The staff was also courteous, and the overall experience was smooth. One of the best eye hospitals in Indore. I visited here with my mother for her routine eye check-up and had a great experience. Hemlata Ma'am assisted us in a very friendly and professional manner, and the check-up was conducted by Dr. Utkarsh Sir. Both of them guided us very well and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended. Must visit!

⭐ Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience! My father underwent eye surgery at Aggrawal Hospital, Indore, and we spent approximately ₹1.50 lakh for the lens/procedure. Despite spending such a huge amount and going through the surgery with the expectation of getting better vision, the problem has still not been resolved. The most frustrating part is the lack of a satisfactory solution after the surgery. We have repeatedly consulted the doctor regarding the issue, but we still have no proper resolution or clear explanation that gives us confidence about what went wrong and what can be done now. For a patient and family who have trusted a hospital with such an important surgery—and paid ₹1.50 lakh—the expectation is not unreasonable: proper treatment, clear communication, accountability and post-operative care. Instead, we are left extremely disappointed and worried about my father’s eyesight. ₹1.50 lakh is not a small amount, and a patient’s eyesight is certainly not something that should be taken lightly. I am sharing this review so that other patients and their families ask detailed questions, understand the lens and procedure completely, take a second opinion, and clarify what support will be provided if the expected result is not achieved. I sincerely hope the hospital takes our case seriously and provides a proper solution rather than leaving us to deal with the consequences on our own. Very disappointing experience.
