Bata Shoe Store - Chandra Nagar, Indore

Bata showroom ka experience bilkul bekaar raha. Shoes lene ke baad carry bag tak nahi dete, sirf box pakda dete hain. Staff ka behaviour bhi kaafi ganda aur unprofessional tha. Bata jaise reputed brand se aisi poor service expect nahi thi. Highly disappointed 1 star se bhi kam ka option hota to vahi dete very bad

Bought new shoes from bata first ever time and sales executive Mrs. Sonali helped a lot to choose the right product. Loved the service of bata.

Very good AB road Bata store good service staff

Vandna ahirwar is so nyc behavior...attend me with very nyc way..explain all the discount nd offer..nyc service.😀😀😀 …

Sonali very courteous and helpful. Wonderful stuff. Will visit again shortly.

Good price according to quality and lot of options, also staff is helpfull and best thing is that if something is not available they deliver it to your house with no extra delivery charges.

We were in a hurry for a function , needed shoes on an urgent basis and Mr. Hukum helped in choosing the right shoes , quickly and smoothly!

Best services and supportive staff. Hokanbaretha supported me to find out good fit... Best wishes....

No doubt this is the most convenient Bata store. But I don't know why Bata has started keeping less things in stock and insist on ordering the shoes. The idea of going to a physical store is to have a feel of the shoes which fails when actual sizes are not available.

Very cooperative staff and variety and size is always available
