Bata Shoe Store - Chandra Nagar, Indore

You seriously need to increase your staff numbers, there were 3 people in full showroom one of which was doing billing. And i need to wait 15 min running behind them to show me a formal shoes at first they said go to other person i am busy , it was like i am selling them something and they were ignoring me . I went there because my 2 formal shoes were torn and showroom is in just front of my house . If i wouldn't have important meetings i would have gone out but due to urgency i just bought 1 pair and when i asked for second pair of brown shoes the person ran away to some other coustomer. Its not staff mistake because they had literally 10 coustomer at there head and they were total 3 people that to one was in billing counter. When i asked billing counter guy what is the issue he replied company cost cutting kar rhi hai . I seriously needed 3-4 pairs of formal shoes because i needed different colours with lace and without lace but i end up buying just one pair that to i brought that shoe near billing counter . Seriously need to increase staff
