Best experience , thoroughly enjoyed the trip with Safar Wanderlust and our coordinator Dheeraj bhai helped and supported us through the whole trip. The food the stay the travelling experience was beyond expectations. This trip will be memorable and for sure will have another trip with safar wanderlust in future.

Main recently Pachmarhi trip par gayi thi aur sach kahun to yeh meri sabse yaadgaar trips me se ek thi. Yeh 3 din ka package tha aur poori journey bahut hi achhe se manage ki gayi thi. Shuruaat se lekar end tak sab kuch perfectly organized tha. Travel comfortable tha, hotel bhi achha tha aur har sightseeing ka poora maza lene ka mauka mila. Team ka behaviour bahut hi polite, supportive aur professional tha, jiski wajah se poori trip aur bhi enjoyable ban gayi. Pachmarhi ki khoobsurti ke saath-saath aapki excellent planning ne is trip ko aur bhi special bana diya. Humne har ek pal ko bahut enjoy kiya aur bahut saari pyari yaadein lekar wapas aaye. The natural beauty of Manali and Kasol was undoubtedly the highlight of this trip, but unfortunately, the overall management and execution left much to be desired. Several assurances provided before booking did not match the actual experience. We were informed that the departure would take place only if a minimum number of participants joined. However, the trip proceeded with a much smaller group than what had been communicated, which raised concerns about the accuracy of the information shared during the booking process. Another key expectation was the presence of a trip coordinator to guide and assist travelers throughout the journey. In reality, there was no dedicated trip leader, and all responsibilities appeared to fall on the driver, making coordination and communication difficult. Food quality and meal arrangements were equally disappointing. Meals were far more limited than expected, often consisting of just a single dish rather than a balanced meal. What made the situation more frustrating was learning that larger groups staying at the same properties received significantly better meal arrangements. The quality of service should not vary based on group size when all travelers have paid for the same package. The destination itself was amazing, but a trip is more than just the places you visit. Better transparency, proper planning, and delivering services as promised would go a long way toward improving the overall traveler experience.

We had been planning this trip for almost six months, and choosing the right package made it truly worthwhile. It was an awesome experience overall. The food and accommodation were very good.😊 We especially enjoyed the bonfire🔥 and DJ, and we even celebrated our friend’s birthday, 🎂 which made the trip extra special. Our guide, Ram, was very understanding and supportive throughout.🤩

I had an excellent experience with Safar Wanderlust during the Spiti Valley Bike Expedition. The entire trip was well-organized, and the support provided throughout the journey was exceptional. This was my second travel journey with Safar Wanderlust, and once again, the experience is truly beyond words. Traveling with my girl gang, we started our Manali trip with introductions and local sightseeing on Day 1, which set the perfect tone for the adventure ahead. A special mention to the coordinators, Ajay and Pallavi, who were incredibly supportive, kind, genuine, and full of positive energy. From making reels to capturing countless pictures, every moment felt special. Despite the rain and bad weather leading to the cancellation of our DJ night, the team went the extra mile to arrange it anyway, making sure we didn’t miss out on the fun. We played lots of games and had an amazing time. Day 2 was even more exciting and adventurous. Our trip leader Sahil was extremely humorous, humble, and helpful, making the journey even more enjoyable. We experienced heavy snowfall, and since routes were blocked, we trekked to Solang Valley. It honestly felt like walking through heaven. Even though we were exhausted, we still had the energy to enjoy the DJ night. At Kasol and Kullu, the fun continued with more DJ nights, garba, games, and even some spooky horror story sessions. We literally stayed awake till 5 AM with the Safar team, creating unforgettable memories. The next day, we trekked to Banjara Waterfall, one of the most incredible treks I’ve ever experienced. To conclude, this was truly one of the best trips of my life. If you’re planning a trip, don’t think twice—just go ahead with Safar Wanderlust!❤️❤️💯

However, Manali can get crowded during peak seasons, and traffic congestion is common, especially near tourist hotspots. While local transport is affordable, cabs can be pricey, so planning ahead is advisable. Overall, Manali is a must-visit for those seeking a mix of adventure and tranquility, making it a top-rated travel destination in India.

Absolutely terrible experience. We received no tour guide, no schedule, no guidance, and essentially had to manage everything ourselves. It honestly felt like we paid them just to book hotels and transport. The whole trip was a management disaster. Out of the three hotels, only one was livable. The Shimla hotel in particular was among the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Despite being promised a late-morning drop in Delhi, we were dropped at 4 AM at a random location several kilometres away, with no accommodation, transportation, or prior notice. We had an evening flight and had to completely sacrifice our day because of their poor planning. Extremely poor management, zero communication, and terrible organisation. I would strongly recommend looking at literally any other tour operator.
