We went to the agency to buy train tickets via tatkal. Everything was fine until the morning when the agent (perhaps the one in charge, we don't know) asked us for an extra 800 rupees because HE FORGOT TO ASK FOR THEM BEFORE. Throughout all this, he texted us to tell us not to tell anyone (who knows why) and made up the excuse that he was late for work, so we had to leave the 800 rupees at the barber shop next door. Only after we left the money did he send us the tickets. Good move, we've never had that happen before. Stay away.
It was very good
