These guys are scammer . They took full payment in advance and unable to deliver the services. I paid for three cars but they are not able to give proper services or any support

Lowest grade of services and management, there is no one responsible to take ownership, The demo shown was completely different than the regular service. The staff is not trained as shown. A local washing guy is doing much better than these professionals.

Worst experience with Carvixs (Vijay Nagar, Indore). Paid in advance for daily car cleaning, but service was extremely poor and irregular. Interior cleaning (promised 4 times/month) was done only once after constant follow-ups. Their app shows car photos, while actual cleaning happened only 15 days out of 26. Staff admitted they don’t have enough cleaners to handle the number of cars they sign up where Do not trust Carvixs — false promises, misleading practices, and complete failure to deliver.

One of the worst car cleaning services I’ve seen in 20 years. They over promise & never deliver. Their cleaning staff seems to be daily wagers, they change thrice a week - Highly unprofessional

Best quality service and somewhere company lack but team coordinated very well also helping to improve car cleaning service day by day.

I visited mobile app of CARVIXS for Car Wash last weekend and was thoroughly impressed. I chose the premium wash package, and my car came out spotless—inside and out. The staff were courteous and explained the options well. The service was quick , and the price was reasonable . Will definitely return and recommend to others!

⭐ 1 Star I had one of the worst experiences with Carvixs (Vijay Nagar, Indore). I had enrolled in their daily car cleaning plan and paid in advance, but after just a few days, they completely stopped providing the service. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, the cleaning was never done regularly as promised. Their policy clearly mentioned interior cleaning 3 times a month, but I got it only once after chasing them for 10 days. On top of that, their own staff admitted that Carvixs has 400 cars under contract but only 8–9 cleaners — making it impossible for them to deliver what they advertise. This shows they are knowingly misleading customers with false commitments. For almost 20 days, I had to call and message repeatedly, wasting my time and going through unnecessary stress. Instead of providing professional service, they caused harassment and mental agony. 👉 My advice: Do not trust Carvixs. They take advance money, give false assurances, and then fail to deliver. This is nothing but deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
