When they have a party, they do not pay attention to their old customers. Today, when I went to eat, they fed me yesterday's stale roti and stale rice and I even informed them about it. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Worst restaurant I have ever visited, I am not finding zero star so under duress I am giving 1 star, in actual they don't deserve this single star also in reviews. ---- Zero service. ----- Zero taste. They are just running restaurant not maintaining any quality, my recommendation is, increase price but hire a good cook who can at least give some taste in recipes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We planned a Roka party with a count of 20 people only at this place (20th April) , of course a small party with less people. Below is my genuine feedback and the same I given on cash counter also. Thing I Like - 1) The owner’s behaviour, polite in nature and helpful in all aspects. 2) Environment was good as they arrange their party hall well prepared before we reach and it was neat n clean. Things I didn’t Like - 1) Food quality - No taste in any dish (Main course) offered as part of their food package except of starters. 2) Welcome drink served after calling 3 times.( supposed to server as soon as guest arrive, that’s why it called as welcome drink). 3) water jar they put was not chill, it was like borewell water filled locally. We asked to change but no action taken. 4) There was very limited panner pieces kept in Panner sabji, only gravy left in port and had to ask for putting panner at least as its gravy only. 5) They were putting quantity very less in port and frequently had to ask to pour the port with dal, sabji, rice etc. 6) Strange but hard true, I taken out one large size of hair from mix veg ( don’t know if hair also includes in mix veg), I showed to the guy standing at counter, along with that one small size of plastic I found in dal. This felt me very awkward in-front of guests. 7) In bread we had decided to have roti and paratha both but we realised less qty of paratha served, they were mostly focusing on roti even after ignoring guest demand of serving parathas. 8) There were only 2 people in their staff, one was standing at counter and another one was taking the food from kitchen at ground floor ( Ofcourse very time taking). Which overall spoiled the service we were expecting at least in serving the food fast. Considering this, the overall experience was quite negative as I host my first small party at this place which didn’t leave me with a good impression in front of my guests. I highly recommend owner to focus on food quality and taste and specially on hygiene. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
