Food Zone Family Restaurant

Please ignore good reviews because of all the workers, managers, and even the owner and especially that lady everything and everyone is worst. Food is bad, service is worst, and behavior with customers is pathetic. Never take your friends, family, and loved ones to that place. They never maintain hygiene. Never book for the party also because it will ruin your day.

Searching for a good restaurant for a vegetarian meal/quick bites than good zone can be a good option. Food menu is good and you have options of Chinese/italian/indian dishes. Sandwiches are also available along with some good options of mocktails. Party hall is also there. Service part is good and my overall rating 3.5 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Good food quality Top service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lack of hospitality, average taste, high price. Good for lavish spendthrifts only not for quality seekers and foodies. Have tried Rose Mojito, it was just the sprite cold drink. Also tried, noodles with manchurian, taste was not even worth one third of the price.

Owner having some behavioural issues and not allow to freely spent a time even if you paid it fully . First thing - owner deny to switching onn the air conditioned for the starting time with an excuses that all guest are not joined the party yet. Next - we told the owner while booking that we need a privacy and will not allow anyone from owner or a restaurant side to join the party but thr owner was there all the time. To validate all the things. And even capture the videos of hall and guests over there while they are dancing. At the time of booking owner not specified that he will not going to allow to use party bombs and smoke effects and deny to use it at real time. - If anyone pay for the time and food they must be good and should maintain the dignity of individual which was packed there. I am not satisfied at all with this restaurant. Wasting of money and time.

Food is awesome and servent also good.. should discuss each item and rates before... Even disposal glasses also limited.. Main owner nature is good and very polite.. but be aware about other staff... My suggestion is that for small party talk to main Owner of food zone otherwise they will not provide good service...

The worst restaurant I ever came across. There is nothing good about this restaurant not food neither service or behaviour of the restaurant manager and ofcourse lady (chef). They promised to give unlimited food while booking the table for party but at the time of serving food they refused to give unlimited food. They also serve rotten tomato soup and worst sambhar. I wish I can give them negative star. Waste of money.
