This is my first visit must suggest other parents to visit .Dr is Good and friendly with kids.listens patiently n suggest solutions and guide also..Thank you dr and his staff is also cooperative.

Humari family Dr. Abhishek Thakur ki hamesha aabhari rahegi. Hamare kareebi rishtedaar ke chhote bachhe ko ek lambe samay se ek aisi bimari thi jiska diagnosis kai pediatricians nahi kar paaye. Har jagah se bas dawaayein milti rahi, lekin asli problem koi samajh hi nahi paaya. Jab hum Dr. Abhishek Thakur ke paas gaye, to unhone na sirf poore dhairya ke saath case samjha, balki har purane report ko detail mein dekha. Jo baaki doctors overlook kar gaye the, unhone use turant samajh liya. Unka diagnosis spot on tha, aur treatment shuru karte hi bachhe mein clearly sudhaar dekhne ko mila. Aaj woh bachha lagbhag poori tarah theek hai, khel raha hai, hansta hai, aur ek normal zindagi jee raha hai – aur iska pura shrey Dr. Abhishek Thakur ko jaata hai. Unka gyaan, experience aur bachhon ke prati unka naram aur caring nature dil ko chhoo jaata hai. Dr. Abhishek Thakur jaise doctors sach mein rare hote hain. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars on Google. I called the clinic before leaving and arrived exactly at the scheduled time, only to find out that the doctor wasn’t there. I was told he had gone to Dolphin Hospital for his routine visit. I completely understand that doctors sometimes have to attend urgent or critical cases. However, what followed was extremely disappointing. We waited at the clinic and called him multiple times. Every single time we were told, “I will be there in 10 minutes.” We kept waiting… and waiting… and waiting, with our 8-month-old baby. After 2.5 hours, the doctor still didn’t show up. Each time we asked, both the doctor and his assistant repeated the same response: “10 minutes.” At one point he even said he was in the parking, yet he never arrived. We left without seeing him(thank got it wasn't an emergency) I understand that medical professionals can get busy with emergencies. But if you know you cannot make it, the least you can do is inform your patients honestly. Your patients are not adults who can wait endlessly — they are small children who need feeding, rest, and constant care. This was my first visit, and I chose this clinic solely based on Google reviews. Unfortunately, the experience showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and common sense toward patients’ time and situation. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Abhishek Sir is one of the most humble, caring, and trustworthy pediatricians in Indore. He gives ample time to every parents and listens to all concerns calmly and patiently. Always supportive, he provides proper advice without rushing. Highly recommended—one of the best pediatricians in the city.

I'm very very shocked with experience. I consulted him for a 2 week old baby, and continued but I found following serious issues 1. Diagnosis was completely wrong, even though we were regular in consultation but at one point of time it was advised to admit my baby to Hospital whereas the next doctor I consulted gave medicine which cured by baby within 2 days. 2. Medicine prescribed are not possible to get other than at clinic except one or two as per experience 3. Multiple times doctor was not available despite appointments, I waited for more than 1.5 hours at times. My clear suggestion, not to visit for sure, I consulted basis on a recommendation I got and the person recommend had faced same issues later on which he also switched to a different doctor. I wish I had negative rating option here.
