The best doctor for a newborn baby

he is not a doctor he is a person full of attitude and arrogance. he doesn’t have any manners also he is only focused on scaring the patients relative rather than treating the patient so that he can earn the money from that i request apollo hospital firm to do not appoint such doctors who don’t have manners and etiquettes just because of him apollo hospital name are going down day by day

WORST DOCTOR EVER! DO NOT TRUST YOUR BABY WITH THIS DOCTOR! He initially told us that our baby would be kept for just 2 hours for observation. Those 2 hours kept getting extended, and every time we asked what was happening, he kept giving us vague or different explanations instead of clear answers. One day, he told us there was an issue with our baby’s lungs. Another day, he told us there was an issue with the heart and so on everyday a new issue. We were left constantly worried and confused, with no clear and consistent explanation from him about what was actually happening with our baby. What made the situation even more unacceptable was his handling of our baby’s medical reports. When we asked him for the reports, he refused to share them. We then checked with the NICU in-charge, who told us that the reports had already been received. However, when we questioned him about this, he told us that the reports had not yet been received from the lab. How are parents supposed to trust a doctor when we cannot even get a consistent answer from him about our own baby’s medical reports? And his behaviour towards us was absolutely unacceptable . Whenever we tried to ask questions about our baby’s condition, instead of giving us proper answers, he would either laugh it off or tell us, You are educated you should not ask these questions. We are the baby’s parents. We have every right to ask questions. Being educated does not mean we should blindly accept whatever a doctor tells us without explanation. No parent should ever be made to feel stupid or guilty for asking what is happening to their own child. The worst moment came when we confronted him about the situation. He told us that our baby was turning blue and that we should wait and see what else will happen to him. That was the point where we had enough. We immediately decided that we could no longer trust this doctor or the care being provided and shifted our baby to another hospital. The doctor at the other hospital examined our baby and reassured us that the baby was healthy and that there was no need for us to panic. Him, Dipali mittal and apollo hospital everyone treated my baby as a object to perform experiments on, first kept him in nicu then ventilator with no proper reasoning and accountability I would suggest not to trust him or dipali mittal or apollo hospital they all are just working to make money out of your baby and do not care about anyone’s emotions a baby is not supposed to be treated like this just for sake of money you cannot make him suffer. God sees everything

Extremely disappointing doctor. The whole experience felt like money was the priority over genuine patient care—absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend.

Worst experience, not proper explanation of treatment. Just 1 min visit or even less by doctor during hospitalization. No one available from doctor's team. No one available to explain the reports
