I am disappointed with the communication from the reception team at Dolphin Hospital. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to get clear information about the available treatment packages and their inclusions. The staff did not explain the packages properly, which made it difficult to make an informed decision. I would appreciate it if someone from the support team could contact me directly and assist with my queries. Better communication and customer support would greatly improve the overall patient experience.

हेलो हम डॉल्फिन हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट हुए हैं यहां पर मेरी बहू की डिलीवरी देवास में हुई थी एमएमसानिया खान वहां से हमें बोला गया कि बच्चा ठीक नहीं है आप इसको कहीं बड़े अस्पताल लेकर जाओ हम यहां डॉल्फिन में आए हैं डॉक्टर हेमंत जैन सर के द्वारा हमारे बच्चे का इलाज हुआ है जो की बहुत ही अच्छा हुआ है और इमरजेंसी स्टाफ डॉक्टर यहां का पूरा जितना भी हॉस्पिटल का स्टाफ है वह बहुत ही अच्छा है और यहां बहुत अच्छी फैसिलिटी है हम बहुत मायूस होकर और उसमें आए थे यहां डॉल्फिन टीम और डॉक्टर का बहुत धन्यवाद

She explained procedures clearly, stayed calm during critical moments, and provided confidence to our family throughout the process. He patiently addressed our concerns, guided us on feeding and baby care, and ensured proper monitoring of the baby after birth.
