Excellent hospital with caring staff and professional doctors who ensure clear communication and quality treatment. Clean environment and smooth process made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free.

I visited Dolphin Hospital on 13th Feb 2026 around 3 PM to inquire about treatment packages for my family member. Unfortunately, the receptionist (male staff) was incredibly rude and unprofessional, refusing to even provide pricing information. Due to this poor experience, I have chosen to take the treatment to another hospital. This is just for your information. This kind of behaviour issues impact the credibility of hospital and atleast I would never suggest anyone about your hospital.

​मैं हाल ही में डॉल्फ़िन हॉस्पिटल गयी थी और यहाँ की सेवाओं से बेहद संतुष्ट हूँ। हॉस्पिटल का माहौल बहुत ही साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित है। ​यहाँ के डॉक्टर्स और नर्सिंग स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत ही मददगार और विनम्र था। उन्होंने बीमारी और इलाज के बारे में सब कुछ बहुत अच्छे से समझाया। रिसेप्शन और बिलिंग की प्रक्रिया भी काफी तेज थी, जिससे हमारा समय बचा। ​बेहतरीन इलाज और अच्छी देखभाल के लिए पूरे स्टाफ को धन्यवाद!

It was a very good experience at this hospital.....Our gynaecologist Dr. Dimpi Shah Ma'am and Paediatrician Dr. P. Gandhi Sir were very kind and supportive. Hospital staff and all the facilities were very sensitive and cooperative.
