We recently welcomed our baby at Dolphin Hospital, and our experience here has been truly wonderful. The doctors and their team are incredible — they listened to our concerns with patience and empathy, and explained everything in detail, often more than once, to make sure we were fully comfortable and confident. Both the visiting and duty doctors took the time to guide us clearly through the entire process, which gave us great peace of mind during such an important time in our lives. The nursing staff was compassionate and attentive, always available with a warm smile. Helpers and support staff were polite, well-organized, and genuinely helpful, making admission and discharge smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated the way they took care not just of the patient but also of the family’s needs. The hospital also provides valet parking, which made visits much more convenient for our family. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the complimentary professional photoshoot of our newborn, which gave us memories we will cherish forever. Overall, our stay at Dolphin made this most special moment of our lives even more memorable. We are grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for maternity or pediatric care.

“While the medical treatment and services provided by the hospital are good, the overall management is quite disappointing. There is no proper parking facility available, which causes inconvenience to patients and visitors. Additionally, the management staff is not responsive or helpful when concerns are raised. The hospital should seriously work on improving its management system and ensure a proper parking arrangement for a better patient experience.”
