Dolphin Hospital

I am not satisfied with my experience at Dollfine Hospital, Indore. My newborn nephew was admitted to the NICU, and we came from out of the city. No relatives are allowed to stay with the mother, and no chair is provided near the mother and newborn—not even one. Despite charging for mother and baby stay, the hospital lacks basic facilities and empathy. Management should arrange proper mother stay facilities and ensure staff support during feeding, especially the first feeding.
