He gives maximum of 5 mins to each patient, asks what is happening to the baby(11 month old),, ofcourse baby cannot say what he is going thru though we told the symptoms that we could only see,,, but a Pediatrican should check a baby thoroughly what might be a underlying issue,,, which he didn’t check,, he said baby might have influenza but didn’t even bothered to check baby’s throat for any possible infection,,,,also he checked baby’s eyes with a big torch used to find things at home or when the electricity is out…. How can a Pediatrican be so stupid,, it could hamper my son’s eye, putting so strong light in his eyes

Dr. Birla possess a great expertise in handling infants and toddlers. He ensures allocating time to answer all of your questions, and recommends the preferable good for the kids. His treatment always makes me feel like my son is in very safe hands. Surely, if you compare the fee with other pediatricians, it is little on the higher side along with recommendation on some tests sometimes, but it's worth it, as parents always want their children to be in safe hands at any cost. I thoroughly recommend this pediatrician to be visited for the good health of your kids.

Dr. Birla is not the best as I hered about. He has completely stopped the healthy growth of my child. His medicines are very high power, which children below one year cannot digest, and when parents tell the doctor this, he didn't listen and exhibits rude behavior.

Dr. Mukesh Birla is an experienced doctor, but there are a few areas that need improvement: 1. Medicine Availability: The doctor prescribed a medicine that was only available at his clinic. Unfortunately, I forgot to purchase it there, and when I tried to find it in Indore, even major pharmacies like Rohan Medical (Vijay Nagar) didn’t have it. This can be very inconvenient for patients. 2. Expensive Test Recommendations: The doctor suggests tests from Coral, which are significantly more expensive than other labs. For example, a stool test at Sodhani costs ₹130, whereas Coral charges ₹1,150. Moreover, when I compared Coral’s reports with two other labs, there was a huge difference in the results, raising concerns about accuracy. 3. Handling New Parents: Parents, especially new ones, are very sensitive about their child’s health. Instead of boosting their confidence, the doctor often creates panic by frequently suggesting hospital admission, which can be stressful. 4. Appointment & Waiting Time: Even if you book an appointment, expect to wait for more than 40 minutes. A proper appointment system should be implemented. 5. Staff Professionalism: The clinic needs to hire professional and well-trained staff to improve the overall experience.

Dr. mukesh birla is an exceptional doctor and a highly knowledgeable child care specialist.

I was disappointed with our recent visit. I had opted for what was described as a painless injection for my child, but the injection ended up being very painful and my kid cried a lot afterward. I also felt that the charges were higher than expected. Overall, the experience didn’t match what I was promised.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. His diagnosis for our child was completely incorrect, and fortunately, we decided to get a second opinion—which confirmed he was wrong. He appeared to be in a rush, didn’t ask the right questions to properly understand the problem, and seemed to have already made up his mind about the diagnosis before hearing us out. When I tried to raise concerns and ask questions, he was dismissive and not open to discussion. On top of that, he accepts cash only, which is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns. I strongly recommend avoiding this doctor.

Worst dr, he is only money minded. They want only cash,no card payment/upi. Even during vaccine they need cash & he is always in hurry Whenever someone go for checkup It seems he has target to check as much patient as he can for more money each day.he was our baby’s paediatrician but we changed our paediatrician

Very disappointing experience with mukesh birla. Seems always in a rush visited the baby in hospital for hardly 5.mins in a day and charges are very very high. Asked to admit the baby in coral for 5 days and till last day we dnt the know the exact reason for his illness. After treatment they dnt care if we try to consult them. When I consulted or discuss the scene with my current city doctor he told me that there were no need to keep the baby in hospital. Seems he is greedy and very rude.
