Extremely Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this clinic unless you have plenty of time to waste and can somehow keep your child completely silent the entire time This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s clinic. Despite having a prior appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour with my child. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful she didn’t even respond properly when I asked questions. What made things worse was how poorly they treat parents and children. It's a child clinic but they seem to expect babies not to cry or make any noise, which is completely unrealistic. After waiting so long, my child was hungry, so I gave him some food. The receptionist told me very rudly and told me that eating not allowed. At that point, I had no choice but to leave without seeing the doctor—who knows how much longer the wait would have been.

Dr. Krati Mehta is a great and a reliable doctor. The best quality she has is that she is warm, gentle and she listens to the parents patiently. She is very helpful and approachable which is needed from a pediatrician.

Dr. Krati Mehta listened to my concerns patiently for my Son and gave me all the time I needed to explain. He is a very caring and soft-spoken doctor who is dedicated to his patients. The way he talks is half of the cure for your problem.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Krati Mehta. I had consulted her for my baby, but unfortunately, she prescribed an overdose of medicine. The next day, when my baby’s condition worsened, I called her, and she simply asked me to come to the clinic. Even after reaching there in an emergency, she insisted on following the number system and made us wait. The receptionist is also extremely rude. For a children’s clinic, the environment is not child-friendly at all — kids are not allowed to make even a little noise or play. Appointments are not taken over the phone; one has to go there in person and wait. Moreover, the doctor is never on time, and patients are always kept waiting. Overall, I would not recommend taking your child to this clinic, as the treatment is careless and unsafe.

Very nice and humble Dr. I consulted many drs for my child but got best treatment by her. Now my child is well. Even my son doesn't want his check up by any other Dr. Her clinic is very far away from my place but it's worth visiting her.
