No professionalism No responsibility towards client i took prior appointment for my nephew they asked me to come at 7:00 pm to avoid rush I arrived around 6:45 but dr is not inside the clinic since last 1 hour I’m waiting at the clinic I don’t know how long I have to wait here worst experience If you guys have any emergency or something pls do not visit this clinic as they’ll make you wait for hours not because of other patients but because of doctors absence …..
Not at all recommended in cases of emergency. Dr. Rajendra Agrawal opens his shop (not clinic) as per his convenience and at times of urgency switches off his phone. Consistent observation and multiple instances.
"Mera anubhav Dr. Rajendra Agrawal ke saath bahut kharab raha. Fees poori lene ke bawajood unhone bachhe ko theek se dekha tak nahi. Patient ko group mein bula kar formality karte hain. Unka poora dhyan sirf admit karke paise lootne par hai. Jab humne admission ke liye mana kiya, toh unhone reports tak check nahi ki. Sirf paison ka lalach hai, ilaaj ka nahi. Kripya aise doctors se bachein."
