The washrooms were in very bad condition. Even on the second floor, there was a very strong smell coming from the washrooms on the third floor, which made the experience uncomfortable. The staff members were good with customers, but they were not polite to each other. There were arguments and fights happening openly, which did not create a good atmosphere. Also, the lift did not seem to be available for customers. When we asked about using it, we were not allowed, so we had to walk instead. Another issue was the cleanliness of the store. Plastic wrappers and sari packaging were lying all over the floors, and customers were basically sitting around those wrappers, which looked very messy and unhygienic. Overall, the hygiene and management need a lot of improvement.
