Very poor experience with them I selected some orange color of saree and at the time of delivery they gave a red colour one. And refused for any discrepancy .

Worst service, I bought their 2 premium lehengas for reception and wedding. They made waist 42 while I am 28 inches. Moreover after sending it back for refitting. Again they made it 34. It was horrible experience. At last I had to request manyavar to fix the lehenga. Also the finishing was so bad all the work started falling off till the end. If you don’t want to spoil your wedding day and experience, please don’t buy from here.

I have been a loyal customer of this saree shop for years, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I purchased three sarees, one of which cost ₹4,500 and had a noticeable glue-like stain. The shop assured me that this stain would be removed after finishing and cleaning, but things took a frustrating turn. I visited the shop multiple times to have the saree cleaned, only to be met with a variety of excuses – from seasonal rush to rainy weather, and even personal family matters. Each visit was an exercise in patience, and I had to wait until after Diwali just for them to agree to take the saree for cleaning. When I finally went to pick it up, they made me wait another 15-20 minutes before handing it over, only to discover the stain was still there. To make matters worse, they didn’t even inform me about the stain still being there. When I pointed it out, they claimed that removing it would damage the fabric. Despite my frustration, they insisted that I take it home and wash it myself. When I refused, one of their employees became extremely rude, speaking loudly and abusively, especially since there were no other customers around. This particular staff member, who has apparently worked there for over 30 years, as he claimed, handled the situation in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. I’m truly disappointed by how poorly they treat loyal customers. For ₹4,500, I expected much better quality and service, especially after being a regular customer for so long. If this is how they handle customer concerns, I’ll definitely be reconsidering future purchases.

Yahan ki collection dekh kar dil khush ho gaya. Bandhej, peela, lehenga sab varieties available hain. Rates genuine hain aur quality bhi top hai. Loved it!
