I had the worst experience ever!!!! A day back I went to Kshama with my sisters to buy lehnga and non bridal dress for engagement. The salesman was very rude and had the worst attitude. We were trying to make him understand what our choice/taste is but he was so damn uninterested and kept on showing cheap quality lehngas and was asking very irritating and irrelevant questions. And when at last we showed the picture he just told us on our face that, 'apko yeh chahiye toh ap Mumbai jaiye designer ke pass udhr pr 50k se starting hota hai voh apko de dega' (If you want this kind of lehnga then go to Mumbai and find a designer there, and it'll cost you 50k and more). We were so flushed at that time that we left the shop. I don't know the salesman name but the staff is worst of all the shops I have visited so far in my life. If it's your wedding or someone you know is getting married and you want to shop for that occasion, it needs patience and time to select that good dress or whatever, and this kind of attitude when someone throws at your face as if they are doing EHSAAN on you is so not done. I would absolutely recommend that you better not visit this place. If you really want that kind of peace and patience then please go to some good place. Yeh log bs cheap quality products ko double rate me bech kr logo pr ehsaan krre hai or kuch nhi.

WORST. I mean this is the worst place you can go for your wedding or engagement shopping, the staff is way too rude and arrogant with customers. They do not have good quality cloths they will show you cheap quality cloths in high prices plus the owner itself seems and behaves like a ganster. They do not provide any trails for brides. They do not give you time to decide and choose and will only show you few designs. They will not do any finishing or fitting on the lehenga after purchase. I went there to exchange my lehenga because it was not in expected condition. They simply neglected us we literally requested them that it was my engagement I cannot wear this damaged lehenga. They literally refused us in the worst possible way. There was no fittings done on my lehenga plus I went for exchange the next I received it. WORST PLACE

Worst shop ever. I purchased a dress from there, but after a few days the embroidery shedded off. When I reached out for return or exchange i was given assurance but when i reached with the dress they clearly denied. Rude behaviour of the staff, and they even blocked my number after one call. If i could I won’t even give a rating of 1.

Extremely disappointing showroom. The staff is rude, careless, and shows no interest in customers. Prices are completely unreliable - they change them based on who the customer is, which is unethical and unprofessional. Definitely not worth visiting.

Worst shop ever , fati dress exchange karvane aaye to bola aap hi ghar se fad ke le aaye itni cheap harkat aap ki h hamari nhi isse ghatiya shop mene kabi nhi dekhi or owner ka behaviour bohot rude tha . Mene ek dress buy ki or vo Ghar aake try kiya vo thodi fati thi or uska neck bohot deep tha vaha par thik se try bhi nhi karne diya mene vaha jake bola ki ye fati h exchange karni h to owner ne bola aap ghar se fad ke le aaye .. what a tatti behaviour apki achhai ke liye batade jake pachtaoge....
