Poor service . Finishing work not done properly. Even after telling what's wrong same saree widout any finishing was courierd. Not recommended.
Big scam!!! They will take advance from you and then deliver wrong Sherwani/Suits. Ultimately ruining your big days. No one will take responsibility. They will each others mobile no for further escalation citing they are just worker here. It’s almost 3 months I’m still chasing them for my advance refund. Better buy/rent the dress somewhere.
The worst store i have ever visited... I regret that I took my dress from them.. The worst service with no cooperation.. I will never recommend any one to shop aur rent the dress from you..
Paise return krne ka mamle me inki service bahoot khrab h, or trust worthy nhi h. In short kisi or shop se ap kapde rental kr skte ho
Way too disappointed with the services. First they provide the dress without any fitting and with no finishing and then they delay the refund of advance. I have been constantly communicating with them for refund since one month and everytime they say give us time, call between 7-9pm, will ask team, etc etc. And now they are asking me to visit shop for refund. They simply do not want to refund the advance. Do not rent any dress from here or take refund before returning the dress.
