The staff is very agressive and arrogancet don't go there of you don't wanna feel bad

The rates of saree are very reasonable when compared to market rate. Also they give alteration service and have full time tailor for designing suits and blouses as per the fit.

Bought silk kanjiwaram saree of Rs. 10k from jhawar kota is loosing its color in very first use. How the original silk saree can give out its color? On talking for solution to jhawar kota people, they clearly denied any help for the expensive saree bought just 20 days before from their showroom saying we cant do anything. I wouldnt recommend such places for any purchase where the material is too bad and even they are not ready for any solution. Worst first experience.

Jhawar kota sells defective saree. First I heared this from my friends but I couldn't believe. I shopped 3 saarees. The width of 2 saree were short. I gave both the saarees to executive of jhanwar kota at South Tukoganj. They talked in harsh manner. They didn't exchange it nor refunded. I will never recommend Jhanwar kota saree for any shopping.

This shop sell defective sarees. We bought a expensive saree but the width of saree was short but the owner of the shop spoke rudely and neither exchanged nor refunded. Strictly not recommended.

To be honest, the staff is very cooperative and understanding. They wait for your response and choices patiently, do not force to buy products. Truly hassle free experience. Also the price range is very wide, starting from just Rs 300 and then increases as per quality and material of products.

Defective saree !!! Bought a saree for my brother's wedding and when I wore it on occasion I found it was defective. Pathetic experience

Good collection. We went for wedding shopping here and got every thing as desired. The blouse and legenga had a perfect fit. Some sarees that we brought here were also cheaper than the market rate . One saree we bought for 850 which nearby stores were selling for 1100. Value for money and good staff behavior.
