Pathetic experience! When they want to sell, they’ll make you see too many pieces and that too out of your price range. Once you make a purchase, they’ll do wrong alterations and god forbid you go and tell them their fault, they’ll deny service. In the end you have an overpriced dress in the wrong size. I tried raising this issue with their outlet which was nearby my house, they clearly told me I’ll specifically have to come to this branch. And when I came to this branch, they denied service. I wonder what kind of customer service do these guys offer in the name of traditional shops. Many shops in local markets are far better when it comes to customer service and quality products.

We went for bridal lehenga shopping, when we entered the store, it was completely empty, now we know why. The man who showed us lehenga was so rude. He kept insulting us, passed demeaning comments. This is the first time I experienced such poor sales pitch. He ruined the whole vibe. Never going there again.

DO NOT BUY Highly overpriced, do not have a latest fashion outfits. My friend had the worst experience buyung her wedding lehanga from here. They charged 9k for the extra duppata which look like nothing to be charged that much for. They took around 2 months to deliver rhe altered lehanga even in that she had to visit multiple times for changes. The blouse was double her size and after alteration it was not comfortable to wear. After you buy the lehanga their services and behaviour are the worst.

Morni sarees, best place to buy sarees and dresses. Narendra ji helped us buying sarees. He is a very polite and helpful salesperson. Very humble and helpful. Best place for wedding and everyday shopping.

Mr Makrand showed us best out of best lehengas. Must visit to him on morning store.

Extremely unprofessional staff. First of all they have 0 work ethics. Secondly they consider your budget as the lowest even though it's a 5 figure budget. Thirdly, if you are specific about the color of your choice on the one and only wedding that you would do in you life, they will ask you to COMPROMISE as they don't have the most basic color. When you complain about the higher management they say, they assisted us with their best salesman. Just a quick advice, walk 100 metres more and go to NAKODA BOUTIQUE for a great hospitality and service with great great collection in your desired budget. The staff are the sweetest 💖
