Quality is absolutely amazing and price is also reasonable

It's a nice place to buy handicraft items and clothes made by artists in MP but items are overpriced. If they make the prices a bit more reasonable they will sell more and give more work to these artists. I bought some table clothes and they are good. They are in different print styles from MP regions. So it's a good place to find what you won't find anywhere else in the market.

Usually when i visit any new city in India, i always head to the State sponsored emporium which are the best places to get everything under one roof. This was one of the rare times where i did not/could not buy anything from the place. The emporium is quite big and well maintained, but the emphasis was more on selling clothes/sarees/dresses and very little on art, any other articles of the region. There was very little choice and selection as well. State emporiums have a great responsibility of being the best window into the culture of the region and should do a better job or marketing local/handmade products. People otherwise always have other options.
