Pathetic staff. The lady sells women was very rude, didn’t understand the requirement of customer and in attitude that lenge to nahi q dikhana ya fir lene hai to lo like that, showing disrespect towards customer. Not showing the option which customer demands

Government owned story for cotton cloth and ready-made ethnic and semi ethnic cloth-ware for men and women. Also the store offers some basic regional art (Madhya Pradesh state artists ) for your home decor and some basic leather and other accessories. Men's ethnicware is cheapest here

Interesting unique collection of ethnic items - clothing and curios. The only down side is that it is a bit expensive. However, there are offers and discounts running periodically which make the prices much more reasonable.

Good quality clothes but poor disinterested staff. One guy in perticular was rude and was barely interested in showing any saree. He showed us 3 pieces and then said buy from these only . We can't open more pieces, I mean it was crazy. These are govt employees so felt like u r in SBI office

Shop with good ethnic collection and local traditional items including Maheshwari sarees and handicrafts. Service is good for a government outlet. However, the sales people try to push their sales pitch too much though they are polite. Prices are ok

Good variety of genuine items. No need to bargain you get varying discount depending on offers. Items range from handicrafts, clothes, sarees, stitched clothes, brass artifacts, paintings and decoration pieces. It's open on Sundays

If you are a tourist, new to Indore if you want to shop for locally weaved sarees, art and dress material and have limited time you can straight away visit this showroom. Sales personnel have professional knowledge, they guide you depending on your budget ,taste etc , very courteous. They had a 28% discount for dasara-diwali festivals.

Govt run shop. Most of the people come here to get authentic stuff. Prices of the suits and saries have sky rocketed. A silk suit would cost you cool 12- 13k . They work manually, so no record maintenance on computers. If u have been given a discount card to be used in future purchases , u have to have it physically with u.
