Worst experience ever!!! Absolutely horrible service. Delivery was extremely late with zero communication or responsibility. Staff behavior was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No respect for customers or their time. Worst experience ever — avoid this store at all costs.

Worst customer service and poor quality products. I had a terrible experience with this store. I bought a dress from them recently, and after just one wash, the colour completely bled out and stained the rest of my laundry. Every other piece of clothing in that batch took on its dye — totally ruined! For the price they charge, I expected much better quality control. Clearly, the fabric dye used was cheap and not properly set. When I reached out to the store, they didn’t seem to care or offer any proper resolution either. Extremely disappointed — won’t be buying from here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their clothes!

We visited Samara at South Tukoganj, Indore, and had a very good experience. We purchased lehenga nd sarees from the store. The collection was beautiful, and the quality was impressive. A special mention to Kapil sharma ji who assisted us throughout. He was very humble, polite, and patient while showing the sarees nd lehenga His service made our shopping experience smooth and entire shopping experience enjoyable.
