Smytten Store - Phoenix Citadel, Indore

Nice ambience and Great Staff behaviour Highly recommended and Visit for great offers !

Worst experience ever in any store, charged money for products I didn't purchased and the bill doesn't contain prices of individual items store staff should be responsible while billing,it's a kind of scam they are running out there

I recently visited the Smytten store at Phoenix Mall, Indore, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. To begin with, the staff was not proactive in assisting customers. I had to specifically ask for help before anyone attended to me. Even then, the staff member who assisted me was not well-informed about the products and could not confidently answer my queries. After spending time selecting the products, I was informed that the chosen items were out of stock, which was inconvenient and frustrating. The most disappointing part was that after billing, I was handed over a lipstick tester instead of a fresh product. I realized this only after reaching home. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poor quality checks and lack of professionalism. Overall, the experience did not meet basic customer service expectations. I hope the store management takes corrective action to improve staff training, stock management, and billing quality checks to prevent such issues in the future.

I am so so so happy that smytten is now open in Phoenix Citadel Mall Indore. I’ve visited them today, service and staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don’t want to buy expensive products and wanna try them first then you must visit this place. I got 6 skin care products for 236rs and 2 beauty products for 236rs. They also have some gourmet food items, fragrance shampoo and shower gel for Botha male and female. They have many leading brands like lotus plum mama earth the derma and co, colorbar just herbs dot and key. The man company m caffeine faces Canada pilgrims , etc. This is a must visit place.

Store are good looking and clean or also staff are very good behaviour

I visited Smytten store just to explore and have a look at the products, without any plan to shop. But the experience turned out to be really good. Navdeep from the staff approached me politely and understood my requirements. He didn’t force anything, but explained the products so well that I got genuinely interested. Because of his guidance and knowledge, I ended up shopping for ₹1500. Really appreciate his helpful nature and great customer service. Overall, a very satisfying experience at the store.”
