Nice collection, but really disappointed by the staff as they force us to buy expensive products they don't even show us the product of other brand of their own store with lower range and if we ask for it they gets irritated the lady staff don't even listen to us what is our requirement they just start their marketing and if u deny then Get ready to see their rude behaviour.

They sell mostly expired products. I complain many times But they never react on it And the nail art service is really poor Though expensive too Even they broke nails also during the nail art process

Worst experience...it was nail art which was completely not up to the mark same time you have to wear mehak karda attitude without reason..plz choose some other place, this place is not worth....very poor service..not happy...

Worst experience behaviour is not good and selling local products at high range. My result for this shop and shopkeeper 10 out of 0 its not good , they force a lot to purchase item, i have a worst experience ,will never visit again.

I had very bad experience with the store. Their service is very poor. Their behavior is bad. They simply do not cooperate with their clients. If you have any problem with the product that you bought they will not help you. I am not going to visit this shop again.

I don't understand why people are giving so many negative reviews. I was very scared after reading all reviews that I don't know how the owner will treat or would he really exchange the product BUT he really behaved gently

Very unprofessional behaviour of the owner and they are very disrespectful and rude towards us. Staff was also very non corporative. Vibes were too dull and disappointing. Didn't clarify the services and their charges post service.

I was ill treated by the Rude owner, was attended by the cunning sales lady, who is keen on looting people. They force you to buy high priced product of new brands where they have higher margins. Not sure about the originality of the product. Conclusion: in case you want to get insulted at the store, they are ready to welcome.

They have experienced staff who can help you choose the product in case you are not sure of which brand you should go for as per requirement and budget. Staff is polite, responsive and attentive. It has two floors. They also have luxury perfume range. Almost all the product have some discount. Its one stop for all your skin, hair care and cosmetics need. They have range for men as well. They accept cash, card and UPI payments. Ample parking space.

Third class experience for my bridal shopping, Owner with highly Un professional behaviour. They try to maximize their profit by forcefully selling unknown, third class, cheap products sold under classy packaging. No matter how big your total bill is, they promise great offer initially, but they end up disappointing you badly without giving any offers.
