Very disappointed by Online orders They write 2 to 4 days delivery but they take 15 to 20 days When you email them they say that due to heavy load we are unable to deliver you We will tell you shortly. Then you call and call...........

Never gonna visit again worst staff , they don’t have the proper knowledge or any skills they just know how to make different faces and behave rude with the customers they are always busy in there own gossips and there is one sales bou / beauty advisor such a creep he is , they think they own the brand but literally they are just pathetic and , what else worse i could say , just because sephora has good brand i go there but the staff , a roadside vendor shops sales person are far more good then them

I am dreading why i didn’t read the reviews before visiting the store .The store staff is externally rude making faces.I doubt they have any makeup knowledge and ppl like me who don’t have much knowledge of makeup will become there scapegoats regretting how much money i have spent.Never visiting them again.I wish i had seen the Nykka lux before which is opened new in TI would have definitely visited them

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. When I asked to see more options or any other foundation brand would normally accommodate—the staff gave me attitude and literally walked away in the middle of assisting me. The level of disrespect was shocking.

Extremely disappointed with this store. I asked my mother to purchase a MAC product, and I personally told the staff girl over the phone—not once but 3–4 times—that I needed the Peachlite shade of the MAC Strobe Cream. Despite repeating it clearly, she still handed my mother the wrong shade (Pinklite). This level of carelessness from a store that sells premium products is unacceptable. The products are expensive, yet the staff couldn’t even bother to listen properly or check before giving the item. On top of that, I now have to waste my time and travel all the way back for their mistake. I live far away, and the store is around 8 km from my place, so this becomes a completely unnecessary and irritating extra trip caused purely by their negligence. Really poor service and absolutely inattentive staff. I expected much better from Sephora. @Sephora (Owner) The number you’ve shared is not in service. Not sure if this is supposed to be customer support or just an attempt to look like you care publicly. If you really want to resolve issues, at least provide a working contact number.

Extremely disappointing customer service. The staff displays an unprofessional attitude and a clear unwillingness to assist. More concerning is their apparent lack of product knowledge, if a customer lacks product knowledge or seeks guidance, the team does not appear to be adequately trained or equipped with the necessary information to provide meaningful support.

I went to Sephora ( Indore Treasure Island) today and purchased some high end products from there for my cousin. However, I wanted to try a concealer so when I asked the sales women to help me out with my shade she started asking questions like, do you want to buy or you just want to try it. I said I want to try and that's how I will decided whether to buy t or not. To which the sales women replied that mere trials are not allowed if you don't intend to buy, this is against the Sephora policies. I asked her since when have these policies come into effect?? As far as I know, sales girls are there to help the customer show the product and assist them to decide which is right or wrong, not to deny customers to use the products and tell them that mere trials are against the policies. Stop throwing attitude on customers please!!!

If I could give -100 stars, I would. Completely resonate with all the other reviewers here that the staff is extremely inadept and rude. They had no knowledge of the shade matches etc and kept giving condescending replies for my questions. One particular lady there thinks she owns the world and can treat customers with disrespect and berate them however she wants. Started giving me lectures about foundations in a demeaning tone when she herself didn't know how to pick the right shades and knew less than me about all the SKUs of the different brands available there. And the sheer audacity to taunt customers for trying out "multiple fragrances" when that's literally how you decide on which one you wanna about. And on top of it started arguing with me about how fragrances only have 10-15% discount max and forcing me to buy at that price when I politely declined citing that particular fragrance goes for much higher discounts online. She was constantly gaslighting me and pressuring me to buy stuff I didn't want and after all her pestering when I finally went to buy a few products at the counter, they refused to apply the discount coupon I got on the app! Their reason for doing so? Oh we provide assistance and all here so we don't put any additional discounts even if they are there on the app! What is this utter scam? I came back without purchasing anything and after reading how everyone else has similar bad experiences at the store, I am glad I saved my money. I'm scared to buy from their app too now.
