Excellent hospital with caring doctor and supportive staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Arpan Hospital for my delivery. The entire staff was caring, supportive, and professional throughout my journey. A very special thanks to Dr. Komal ma’am — she is extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and gave me confidence during my delivery. Because of her care and guidance, my delivery went smoothly and safely. she deserves special appreciation. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made my entire pregnancy and delivery stress-free. She guided me at every step and ensured the best care for both me and my baby I am truly grateful to Dr. Komal ma’am and the whole Arpan Hospital team. Highly recommended!

Dr.Komal Jain is a very family oriented doctor,she treat like our family Doctor,very caring, she works hard and tries to fill every mother's lap, she is very active and humble, there is a lot of care in the hospital also, all the doctors, nurses and all the people in the staff are very caring and humble.

Great services and care received during the entire three days of the treatment. Cleanliness is superb. Dr. Komal Jain who is an experienced doctor treats her patients very well. Doctors who visited were very polite and experienced. Nurses are also very friendly and with a calm nature.

5/5 for the doctors and staff, who are extremely professional, caring, and helpful. However, the management urgently needs to look into the basic infrastructure. We faced constant issues with electricity, lack of proper power backup, and water supply. Additionally, the common washroom on the ground floor is extremely dirty and emits a terrible foul smell that spreads throughout the entire floor. Interestingly, the upper floors are very well-maintained and clean. I hope the hospital takes immediate action to fix these facility issues, as the medical care here is excellent.
