गुरुजी सेवा न्यास माधव सृष्टि में मेरे पिता जी का डायलिसिस कराता हूं, हमने पास के निजी अस्पताल में भी डायलिसिस कराया, परन्तु यहां डायलिसिस विभाग की सेवाएँ बहुत उत्कृष्ट हैं। यहाँ के डॉक्टर, नर्स और पूरा स्टाफ मरीजों के साथ बहुत ही सहयोगपूर्ण और संवेदनशील व्यवहार करते हैं। मशीनें और साफ-सफाई का स्तर भी बहुत अच्छा है, जिससे मरीज को सुरक्षित और आरामदायक माहौल मिलता है। समय पर डायलिसिस होना और हर बार स्टाफ का सकारात्मक रवैया वास्तव में प्रशंसनीय है। मैं पूरे डायलिसिस टीम का दिल से धन्यवाद करता हूँ, जिन्होंने हमेशा मरीजों की देखभाल को अपनी प्राथमिकता बनाया हुआ है। मेरा नाम सारांश गुप्ता है

Lab checks at discounted price from central lab. Noone picks phn to tell doctor available or not As per them , they hv no info abt doctors. Doctors take limited patient, and walk away as per their wish even if patients r waiting for them . Good point is all kind of doctors r available Physiotherapy also done here with min. Charges

Very poor behaviour of staff members the gaurd all other very arrogant . Don't even have manners to talk to people either to elders nor youngsters . Gaurd was like dr ko dikhana hai ki nahi .such a awful language people are there to get well not for being disrespect. Kindly work on ur staff members. Dr are good no doubt.

Very good place,neat and clean, all persons available right from top to bottom are full of Rashtra Bhakti Bhavna. All are helpful. Services ate very good and reasonable. Got my Covid vaccination here. OPD is yet to be commence at its best but any way starting is very good. Pharmacy is also good and provide alternative medicines on a very lower prices. It was also told here that this is only a begining and actual project is about 400 crores which includes super speciality medical services.

Hospital is good, doctors are also very calm and consult nicely. Bus lower staff seems arrogant not having good behaviour which I observed various times. they sent patient to the doctors as per their priority. They do not even evaluate the medical condition if any patient have sometimes. I have to wait 2 hrs just to show test reports to the doctor due to staff Vinod, in between when I request him he said doctor will not see today come tomorrow arrogantly. I have given 1 star due to lower staff behaviour. Doctor wise it is 5 star rating. Lab staff and staff who sent patient to the doctor misbehaves and not having attitude as per Madhav seva vision towards social wellfare. This should be improved or Replace such kind of staff.

Vahan ke HOD ko complaint karne per bhi koi matlab nahin milta vahan kya management ko Dhyan Dena chahie ki kya ho raha hai aur kaise log vahan kam kar rahe hain. Negative wale patient ko positive per dal dete Hain positive wale patient ko negative per dal dete Hain doctor ka likha hua bhi manyu nahin hota hai aur bahar ki report ko bhi chalate nahin hai hospital mein Hospital ki tarah nahin rajniti ki tarah kam hota hai . Kabhi bhi kisi bhi patient ko mana kar diya jata hai ki ham aapka dialysis nahin kar payenge yah bhi nahin sochte ki koi vyakti kahan se aaya hai aur kaise apna dialysis karvaega kahan apna ilaaj karvaega. Patient vahan trust ki vajah se kam paise lagne ki vajah se aate hain aur vah log unki marji ke hisab se unka ilaaj karte hain aur vahan ka staff bhaga deta hai
