I wanted to bring an issue to attention regarding my recent appointment. I left the clinic feeling very uncomfortable because I was not given my prescription, nor was I told the names of the medicines prescribed to me. Discovering that the medications were extremely expensive only once I got to the billing counter was a terrible surprise. More importantly, it feels highly risky to take any medication blindly without knowing its name. The lack of transparency during my visit made for a very poor experience.
